Angelique Kijoko Hint Funshinou Kanjo Manta Zogbin Kijo (born July 14, 1960 in Ouidah, Dahomey) is a Benin singer-songwriter, activist and actress known for her diverse musical influences and creative music videos. Kijo was born into a family of stage artists. Her father was a musician and her mother worked as a choreographer and theater director.
Four-time Grammy-winning Angélique Kidjo is one of the greatest artists in today's international music world, demonstrating his creativity with 13 albums.
