There is a music group known as Dangerfield that’s formed by five people from South Africa, Cape Town. Besides their 80s post-punk/new wave influences, the band members also draw inspiration from the current shoegaze and psychedelic rock sounds thereby translating their individual life experiences into vast, atmospheric tracks that would work both for festivals or clubs. Their songs have mind-blowing guitar parts, synth melodies as well as primitive beats accompanied by dreamy vocal harmonies.
