Chocolate City is a Nigerian record label founded by lawyer Audu Maikori and Paul Okeugo in 2005. Most may regard it as one of the biggest and most successful indigenous urban record labels on the African Continent. Chocolate City Music operates as a subsidiary of Chocolate City Group. Other extensions of the group are Chocolate City Distribution, Chocolate City Events, CCX and Chocolate City Media. Warner Music Group has also partnered with the Nigerian label.
