Reën is a musical duo which started with Richann Brüssow and René de Klerk as its members. The two met on a matchmaker series 'Boer soek 'n vrou'. They started singing together and were a couple until the relationship met its end in 2021. They continued to sing together however, René later left the band to focus on her political science career. The female role of Reën will be filled by Nolene Spinks.
